Beetlefelt provides creative and artistic opportunities using textiles, particularly felt, as a medium and also runs a small gallery shop selling high quality hand made textile products.
Exciting textile techniques are taught at the Beetlefelt studio, in Chorlton, Manchester, where there is an ongoing programme of exciting day time, evening and week end workshops. Techniques taught include feltmaking, weaving, spinning and dyeing.

Our tutors are enthusiastic about the subjects they teach and their passion is communicated by the way that they teach, as this is what they love to do. Our tutors are professional, qualified and specialists in their field. Carol Mowl is the founder and main tutor of Beetle Felt, she is a textile artist and member of the International Feltmakers Association.
